What products do you offer?
We offer over 800 unique designs on t-shirts, mugs, hoodies, tote bags, stickers, phone cases, posters, tank tops, long sleeve shirts, and more. All products are printed on demand through our partner CafePress.
Are your designs original?
Every design in our shop is original and created by PrintWaffle. We use a combination of AI-assisted design generation and human curation to create bold, unique designs that feel personal. No clip art, no templates, no generic designs.
What is the quality of the products?
Our products are printed by CafePress, which has been in the print-on-demand business for over 20 years. T-shirts are comfortable cotton blend, mugs are dishwasher-safe ceramic, and all products meet quality standards.
What sizes are available for t-shirts?
Most t-shirts are available in sizes S through 3XL. Exact sizing depends on the specific product style. Check the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5-10 business days. Products are printed on demand, so there is a 2-3 day production time before shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! CafePress ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 10-20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track through your CafePress account.
What is your return policy?
CafePress offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Can I request a custom design?

How are your designs made?
Every design starts with human-led concept development. We use AI tools to generate professional visuals, then every design goes through human curation and quality control. Read more on our blog.

Gifting
Can I send a product as a gift?
Absolutely! Enter the recipient shipping address at checkout. CafePress does not include pricing information in the package.

Digital Products
What digital products do you sell?
We sell AI prompt packs, business template bundles, Notion dashboards, resume packs, coloring pages, and social media kits on Gumroad. These are instant-download products for small business owners, freelancers, and content creators. Prices range from $9 to $29.
How do I access digital products after purchase?
Digital products are delivered instantly via Gumroad. You receive a download link via email and can access purchases through your Gumroad library anytime.
Can I get a refund on digital products?
If you are not satisfied with a digital product, contact us within 30 days and we will work something out. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

How much do your products cost?
Physical products start around $12 for mugs and stickers, $18-25 for t-shirts, and $30-45 for hoodies. Digital products range from $9-29. Use code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order.
Do you offer discount codes?

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Seasonal & Holidays
When should I order for holiday delivery?
We recommend ordering at least 10-14 days before the holiday to allow for production and shipping. For Christmas, order by December 10. For other holidays, check our deals page for specific deadlines.
